Inner Life

Stop Chasing Goals. Start Following the Fire.

For years, I lived by the book.

I set goals. I made plans. I built timelines. I “optimized” my day. I chased productivity like it held the key to happiness.

And don’t get me wrong — I was good at it. I got things done. I ticked the boxes. I made vision boards that would make Pinterest weep with joy.

But somewhere along the way, I lost something.

I lost the wild, uncontainable fire inside me.

The one that didn’t care about metrics or milestones. The one that whispered “this is it” when I danced barefoot in the kitchen. The one that knew joy without needing to earn it.

There’s a Different Way to Live

What if you didn’t need a 10-year plan?

What if you didn’t have to become anything other than deeply, fiercely, joyfully you?

What if you followed what gave you energy — and let the results follow?

This isn’t about quitting life or floating around in la-la land. This is about something much more radical:

Living from the inside out.

Not from obligation, or fear, or pressure. But from flow. From desire. From the sacred fire that’s been buried under your productivity hacks and meal prep and color-coded calendars.

Fire Doesn’t Always Look Efficient

Sometimes your fire tells you to clean the whole damn house.

Sometimes it says make soup. Or write a book. Or take a nap. Or launch a business. Or go dance to 90s music in your living room.

It doesn’t always make sense. It doesn’t always look impressive. But it always brings you back to life.

That’s the point.

Not to look productive. But to feel alive.

What If You Trusted It?

What if you stopped asking “What should I do today?”
And started asking “What has energy today?”

What if you stopped hunting for your purpose — and realized your presence was enough?

What if you stopped performing for a world that’s never satisfied…
And gave yourself permission to be deeply satisfied with your life, even in its rawest, messiest form?

Here’s the Practice

Start today.
Not by writing a new to-do list — but by listening.

Drop into your body. Ask:
“What do I feel pulled toward right now?”
And then do that — even for 10 minutes.

Not because it’s “on brand” or “important” or “part of the master plan.”
But because it lights you up. Because it makes you feel whole.

That’s the new success.
That’s the new wealth.
That’s the new way.

You’re Not Behind. You’re Becoming.

This is your permission slip.
To stop chasing, and start choosing.
To stop climbing, and start burning.

The world doesn’t need another tired woman with a perfect plan.

It needs you — in your fire, your flow, your fullness.

You are not a project.
You are a flame.

Let it burn.
